How does a Navy SEAL unwind from what many would agree is one of the most physically and mentally demanding jobs in the world? 17-year Navy veteran and SEAL Chris Sajnog stays in top shape as a professional adventure racer. Chris is pumped up to be competing in PQ for a second time, as captain of Team Gerber Gear. Chris talked about his military career and adventure-racing lifestyle and Primal Quest during a recent interview for the Navy’s website, Navy.com.
