2006: Day three of the race meant more desert heat, but also a chance for many teams to get on the water in either the white water swim leg or another paddle.

    Important to include the experience of the fans and team supporters who followed the 2006 PQ on the web — one of the BEST web experiences ever. We watched the TV version later and it was great, too, — but following PQ LIVE 24/7 was incredible! Good work!

    I was camping at Horsethief with no idea what primal quest was. As I sat down to dinner, jammin’ to some tunes, I saw headlamps coming in the distance. Every group that passed my camp, stopped, sat and talked with me about what was going on. Very cool!!! I spent the next three days chatting with racers as they passed by. What a cool roadtrip I experienced last summer.
