At just a few minute after 10 AM local time, the 2008 Primal Quest presented by SPOT got underway with the detonation of a 25 pound avalanche charge blown at the summit of Lone Peak. They’ll now trek through the first three checkpoints of the race before returning to where they started to reach Transition Area 1 back at Big Sky Resort.
