For example, based on Merrit’s information I was expecting to sit in the airport for 3 hours until the hospitality booth opened. I was so relieved to see Sherry’s big smile and PQ shirt to welcome me and explain the process. Based on flight times she decided to open the booth early. Plus she was able to get me a ride 4+ hours earlier than I expected. That really set a great tone for me on how friendly and helpful everyone was going to be."
