In what can best be described as setting a blistering pace, Team PeakAdventure is the first team into TA1, followed by Nike  just seconds behind, and Merrell a few minutes back. They were joined very shortly by Team Dart-Nuun.

All four teams passed through the transition area roughly two and a half hours after the start, meaning they rushed up the mountain from 7550 feet up the 11,138 foot summit of Lone Peak, and back down again in no time at all. 

As you can imagine, none of the teams stayed in the TA for long. Peak Adventure were the first out, with Nike quickly in pursuit. More teams are expected in soon. Updates as they happen.
