On-line applications are available to coed teams of four.

• Primal Quest 2009 will be an unsupported (no support crew) event.
• Cost: $11,500 USD per four-person team.

The first 75 registration applications accompanied by the $2500 USD deposit will be accepted and added to the official Primal Quest Badlands team roster.

*Payments are to be made by certified check/money order; or by using Active.com. Payments made via Active will incur a 2.5% + $10.50 transaction fee which will be included in the total Active transaction amount.

Payments

• Teams are encouraged to make their initial deposit upon submittal of their application to secure their registration.
• Payments made after the February 15, 2009 payment date will incur a $150 late fee.
• Payments made after the April 15, 2009 payment date will incur an additional $150 late fee.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Teams that cancel their registration before February 15 will receive a full refund of payments made.
• Teams that cancel their registration between February 15 and April 15 will forfeit their $2500 USD deposit. Any remaining collected fees will be applied to the next scheduled event.*
• After April 15 there will be absolutely NO refunds OR rollover option. We highly recommend having alternate teammates in the case of members dropping from your team after this date.
